|An exercise program designed to address the fitness needs of pregnant women. The program combines stretching, strengthening and partner exercises in a comfortable and supportive environment to help women maintain a healthy body throughout their pregnancy. All instructors are therapists, trained in prenatal fitness. Physician permission slip is required to attend. Sessions every Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Registration is required to attend.
