Aquatic Fitness Plus is our highest level of aquatic class geared toward aerobic fitness and weight loss. Participants enjoy the comfort of a heated pool while working to increase strength, improve balance, increase cardiovascular conditioning, and decrease pain.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations not received within 24 hours of class start date will be charged $8.00 per class.
There have been changes to the processes for Aquatic Fitness Classes:
Class size is limited to 8 participants.
One participant may take a maximum of 3 classes per week.
The showers will be turned off and unavailable for use.
A mask MUST be worn at ALL TIMES, this includes when in the pool. |
