Physician Bio: Rory Sadoff, D.D.S., Chairman of the Department of Dental Medicine and Oral Surgery, is a native Long Islander who graduated from Cornell University in 1975 with Scholar honors. He earned his D.D.S. degree Cum Laude in 1979 from the College of Dentistry at New York University. He completed his advanced residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Nassau University Medical Center in 1983 and became Board Certified in OMFS in 1985. Dr. Sadoff has actively maintained his Diplomate status with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
In 1990 Dr. Sadoff became the Director, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Training Program at Nassau University Medical Center, and was selected as the Chairman of the Department of Dental Medicine and Oral Surgery in 1991. He is currently an Associate Professor at the SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. Along the way he has retained his BLS/ACLS/PALS/ATLS Certification and has published numerous articles in local and national peer reviewed publications. He remains committed to the compassionate and full scope delivery of Dental Medicine and Oral Surgical care.
