B.E.S.T. (Balance, Endurance, Strength, Training) - An Exercise Class for Balance Improvement

* Do you have a fear of falling?
* Would you like to be stronger?
* Are you out of breath after walking up a flight of stairs?
* Do you lose your balance standing on one leg?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions this 8-week class is right for you.
B = Balance
E = Endurance
S = Strength
T = Training

Studies show balance, strength and endurance decrease as we age. You can counteract this with physical exercise and balance training. To take this class, pre-testing is required and you must be able to walk with a cane.
